If the transaction cannot be found in the blockchain explorer, it is possible that the transaction has not been posted to the blockchain, or the transaction was sent to the wrong address. If more than 10 minutes have passed since the initial transaction occurred, please contact the sender.
If the transaction can be found in the blockchain explorer, but your BigONE account hasn't credited you with the corresponding tokens, please create a support ticket providing us the token’s type, the number of tokens you should receive and the Transaction ID for this transaction. We apologize for any inconvenience this might have brought to you and we will do our best to ensure you get credited for your deposit in a timely fashion.
