Contract Trading System Maintenance (06/30/2020)

In order to improve the performance of the contract trading system, BigONE will begin system upgrade and maintenance at 16:00 (UTC+8) on June 30, 2020, with an estimated maintenance time of 15-30 minutes.

During the maintenance period, all trading pairs of the contract transaction will be suspended, and the market update, open and close positions, cancellation of orders, additional margin, funds transfer and other functions will be unavailable. The scope of influence includes the App side, Web client, and API side (query and operating).

Tips:

• In order to avoid large market fluctuations during maintenance, users are requested to perform risk control by adding margin, reducing actual leverage multiples or closing positions in advance.
• During maintenance, you can access BigONE normally, as well as making normal transactions of other business lines, they will not be affected.
• The estimated time for this maintenance is 15-30 minutes. We will notify you when the maintenance is completed. The specific time will be subject to subsequent announcements. BigONE will maintain the maintenance progress on social media such as Sina Weibo (search and follow "Coin BigONE"), and you can follow the latest progress through Weibo, WeChat group, etc.
