At 18:00 on August 7, 2020 (UTC+8), system maintenance was caused by a failure of the cloud platform's intranet. After pending orders and matching were restored, some orders could not be loaded, resulting in abnormal trading behavior in the market. BigONE implemented a rollback operation, rolling back the spot transaction data to 18:00 on August 7, 2020 (UTC+8), including the liquidation of spot leverage and lending business during this period.
